  • 1/3 C oil
  • 1 package Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water

For the Frosting:

  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 package Foodstirs Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  2. Line a cupcake tin with orange liners
  3. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl
  4. Add the water and oil, then whisk until incorporated
  5. Add the brownie mix and stir until mixed into a thick batter
  6. Pour the batter into the liners, about 2/3 full
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes
  8. Let the brownies cool completely
  9. Use an electric mixer to beat the butter, then add in the yogurt and continue mixing
  10. Carefully add the dry mix and keep mixing until you have a smooth, thick frosting
  11. When the brownies have cooled, pout a pastry tip on the bottom of a piping bag
  12. Use scissors to cut the corner, just small enough to allow the tip to protrude
  13. Fill the bag with frosting, then pipe long strips of frosting across the cupcakes, leaving a small space for the eyes
  14. Put two chocolate chips in the gap as eyes, gently pressing them into the cupcake to be sure they stick
