If you have coffee leftover, don’t you dare throw it out! Instead, take that coffee and make yourself a cocktail! At least, that’s what Clinton thinks you should do! He used some leftover coffee and transformed it into Hazelnut Coffee with a twist! Speaking of a twist, he used the oils of a lemon peel to add flavor to this drink, which Michael Symon agreed was absolutely “delightful!” This is one tasty cocktail and perhaps one of the best ways to use your leftover coffee!

- 1/2 oz rye whiskey
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz coffee – at room temperature or chilled
- 1/2 oz hazelnut liqueur
- 1 lemon peel
The Chew: Hazelnut Coffee On The Rocks Recipe Directions
- In a mixing glass with ice, add rye whiskey, coffee, sweet vermouth, hazelnut liqueur, and butters
- Mix the ingredients well
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice
- Garnish with a lemon twist
