Her Peach Sweet Tea Mocktail doesn’t include any alcohol, but it truly doesn’t even need it! The Chew: Peach Sweet Tea Mocktail Recipe Ingredients

For the Black Tea Simple Syrup:
- 1 C water
- 1 C sugar
- 2 black tea bags
For the Mocktail:
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tbsp peach jam
- 2 tbsp black tea simple syrup
- ice – to serve
- 1/2 C finely ground almonds
- 1/2 C frozen peaches
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1/3 C soda water
The Chew: Peach Sweet Tea Mocktail Recipe Directions
For the Simple Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, add the water and sugar, then heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves
- Add the tea bags, then cover and let steep for about 5 minutes
- Remove the tea bags, then let the simple syrup cool completely
For the Mocktail:
- Mix the almonds and sugar on a plate
- Dip the rim of a glass into lemon juice or water, then dip in the almond sugar mixture
- In a carafe of a blender, add the jam, peaches, and almond extract
- Blend until smooth, adding water to loosen if needed
- Pour into a collins glass filled with ice
- Add the simple syrup, then mix
- Top with soda water and serve
