The Chew: Wood Planked Halibut With Herb Salad
Mario Batali and Michael Symon put their heads together to create a dinner recipe both their moms would love. Michael explained that his mom never made fish at home, but would always order it when she went out to eat. Her favorite is halibut, so it made sense for Michael to choose to make Wood Planked Halibut with Herb Salad. Michael added incredible flavor to his halibut with a soy glaze, while it cooked on an oak plank. This dish is so good you’ll think you’re dining at a five-star restaurant!
