  • 1 cup day-old Baguette (in 1/2” pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere Cheese
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 1 tbsp Pesto
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Put bread cubes in the bottom of a mug.
  2. Whisk egg with milk in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Add pesto with cheese, mixing well; salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes, pressing them down so they soak up the liquid.
  5. Top with 2 tbsp cheese.
  6. Microwave on medium power for two to three minutes. (Microwave power and cooking times may vary.)

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup day-old Baguette (in 1/2” pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 fine diced Plum Tomato
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk egg with tomato paste and milk.
  2. Stir in cheese and bread until combined; salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the contents of your mixing bowl to a mug.
  4. Press down gently to allow bread to soak in the moisture from the mix.
  5. Cook on medium in the microwave for two or three minutes. (Microwave power and cooking times may vary.)
  6. Garnish with diced tomato to serve.
