Now, you don’t have to run to the closest coffee shop to get your mom a special couple of coffee she’ll love. Plus, with a machine like that, you can enjoy a tasty cup of coffee any time you want!

Rachael Ray: Creamy Coconut Iced Coffee Recipe Ingredients

Grant Melton used the Ninja Coffee Bar to prepare an incredible Creamy Coconut Iced Coffee to bring a little light into your morning. (itchys / Flickr)
- 1 12-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- almond milk
- basil – to serve
- 4 C coffee – cooled
- 1 14-oz can coconut milk
- ice cubes – to serve
Rachael Ray: Creamy Coconut Iced Coffee Recipe Directions
- If you’re using a Ninja Coffee Bar, fill the water reservoir to Half Carafe, then slide the brew basket out and fill with 6 tbsp of coffee
- Choose the Half Carafe size, then press the Over-Ice Brew button
- Pour the coffee, coconut milk, and condensed milk into a large pitcher
- Use a whisk to stir until the condensed milk dissolves
- Fill your glass to the top with almond milk ice cubes
- Pour the coconut coffee into the ice-filled glass
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of basil, then serve
