- 3 C rice cereal
- 2 C peanuts
- 1 C sesame sticks
- 1/4 C melted butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp bourbon (optional)
- 3 C corn cereal
- 3 C oat cereal
- 1 C pecans
- 1 C rye chips
- 1/4 C toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp togarashi
Rachael Ray: Damaris Phillips Holiday Cereal Mix Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- To a larg bowl, add all the cereal, pecans, peanuts, rye chips, and sesame sticks
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, bourbon, honey, and togarashi
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mix and stir to coat evenly
- Divide evenly onto two cookie sheets and bake until golden and crisp, about 45-55 minutes
- Stir every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking
- Cool and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
