With Mother’s Day right around the corner, Rachael Ray wanted to share a recipe that can help mom wake up happy! Tina Wu, explained that she was working with the Ninja Coffee Bar to bring more joy to Mother’s Day. She used the incredible machine to prepare a Minty Mocha, which means there’s no trip to the coffee shop needed! Why brew boring coffee when you can enjoy a luxurious, decadent coffee drink at home? Tina was able to add minty flavor to a cup of coffee, that she then topped with whipped cream!

Rachael Ray: Minty Mocha Recipe Ingredients

- 1 C whipping cream
- 2 tsp chocolate syrup
- 1 C coffee (strong brew or whatever mom prefers)
- 2 tsp mint syrup
- 1 sprig mint – as garnish
Rachael Ray: Minty Mocha Recipe Directions
- If you’re using a Ninja Coffee Bar, fill the reservoir up to the minimum line for a single serve brew
- Slide the brew basket out, then add 3 tbsp of ground coffee using the single serve side
- Put the mug in place to brew
- Select the Cup size, then push Classic Brew or Rich Brew, depending on how you want your coffee
- While the coffee is brewing, whip the whipped cream into soft peaks
- Fold 1 tsp of mint syrup into the whipped cream
- When the coffee is done dripping, mix in 2 tsp of chocolate syrup and 1 tsp of mint syrup
- Top the coffee with mint whipped cream, then a sprig of mint
