Rachael Ray: Graham Elliot Overnight Oats
Graham Elliot has personal experience with getting healthy, losing weight, and turning his life around. He joined Rachael Ray to share a healthy breakfast recipe that you can make ahead of time, and once you eat it, you’re sure to be kept full until lunch! Overnight oats are one of my personal favorites, and while you can really customize the recipe to your liking, Graham shared a great apple-cinnamon version, and if you’re feeling super crazy go ahead and add some dried fruit or nuts!

Rachael Ray: Overnight Oats Recipe Ingredients
- 1 C uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- a pinch of ground clove
- 1 C diced fuji apple
- 3 C vanilla Greek yourt
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
Rachael Ray: Overnight Oats Recipe Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix the apples and oats
- Sprinkle with the spices then mix in the yogurt
- Cover and put in the fridge for a minimum of eight hours, no more than 3 days
