Rachael Ray: Sara Moulton Bananas Foster Crepes Recipe Ingredients

For the Crepes:
- 1 C whole mik
- 2 large eggs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter – divided
- 3/4 C unbleached all-purpose flou
- 1/2 tsp table salt
For the Filling:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 C dark rum
- 2 under-ripe bananas
- 1/3 C dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- coffee or vanilla ice cream (to serve with)
- chopped toasted walnuts (to top)
