Rachael Ray: Sunny Anderson Pizzagna Recipe Ingredients

Sunny Anderson’s Pizzagna is a combination of pizza and lasagna, made with a frozen pizza a few simple hacks! (stuart_spivack / Flickr)
- 1 C ricotta cheese
- 6-8 leftover or frozen cooked meatballs – thawed, halved
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- one handful fresh arugula
- 1 frozen pizza
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 C finely grated parmesan cheese
Sunny Anderson: Rachael Ray Pizzagna Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven according to pizza package directions
- In a medium bowl, mix the lemon zest and ricotta cheese
- Add dollops of the ricotta cheese onto the frozen pizza
- Add meatballs to the pizza, then top with some mozzarella cheese
- Put the pizza in the oven and cook according to package directions
- Remove from the oven and top with red pepper flakes, arugula, and parmesan cheese
- Slice and serve
