The Chew: Holiday Party Pretzel Mix Recipe Ingredients

- 4 C salted pretzels (per mix recipe)
For Mario’s Parmesan Pizza Mix:
- 1/4 C Parmigiano-Reggiano – freshly grated
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2-3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes – dry, not packed in oil, finely ground in blender
For Carla’s Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix:
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter – melted
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
For Clinton’s Lemon Thyme Pepper Mix:
- 1 lemon – finely zested
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter – melted
- 2 tsp fresh thyme – leaves
For Michael’s Cleveland Mustard Mix:
- 1 tbsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter – melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
The Chew: Holiday Party Pretzel Mix Recipe Directions
- For each mix recipe, preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- In a large bowl, add 4 C pretzels and the pretzel mix of choice
- Toss to combine
- Transfer the pretzels to a baking sheet and spread into an even layer
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Remove and set aside to cool
