The Chew: Peking Duck Steamed Buns Recipe

The Chew: Peking Duck

Mario Batali was inspired by another Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and decided to take his incredible Peking duck and make his own recipe using it. Mario shared an incredible recipe for Peking duck steamed buns. The great thing about this recipe is that, while it calls for unique ingredients, it is relatively easy to put together and cooks up in no time. Especially consider Mario Batali used store-bought Peking duck and pre-packaged steamed Chinese buns.
